Payment of $100.00 is due February 1, 2009 (two weeks prior to the conference). Payment of ten percent of sales is due March 5, 2009 (two weeks after the conference). PATRON Sponsor - Includes 6' draped table at the reception (Thursday, Feb. 11, 5:45-6:30 p.m.) and acknowledgement as a patron in the conference notebook $250.00 Exhibit Dates and Times: Marriott Hotel Setup: Thursday, 1:00 p.m. Open Hours: Thursday, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, 7:15 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday, 7:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Dismantle: Complete by Saturday, 1:00 p.m. Agreement: All exhibitors must abide by all specifications and rules of CCT and the Hotel. Additional equipment, electricity or other special needs must be arranged for and paid by the exhibitor. CCT and the hotel do not have insurance on exhibitor's property. Loss, damage, or injury is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
