Conference Exhibitor Registration

Exhibiting provides the unique opportunity of meeting with our members one-on-one.  You can learn from them the challenges they face, and what products and services are most useful in their practice.  The time spent, is the time you need to showcase how your products and services will help our members serve their clients.

  • Two exhibitor packages available (select below)
  • Exhibitor Open Hours: Friday 7:15AM - 6:30PM; Saturday 7:15AM-12:30PM
  • Exhibitor dismantle no later than Saturday 1:00PM

All exhibitors must abide by all specifications and rules of CCT and the Hotel. Additional equipment, electricity, or other special needs must be arranged for, and paid by the exhibitor. Exhibitors must carry their own insurance, as neither CCT nor the Hotel are responsible for any loss, damage, or injury. CCT has the right to accept/reject any application or re-assign those not paid by the deadline.

Basic Exhibit Package

Basic package includes one 6 ft draped table with chairs and acknowledgment in the conference notebook as an exhibitor.  The total cost of this package is the base fee + ten percent of gross sales volume.

President's Meet and Mingle Sponsor Package

This package includes the "Basic Exhibit Package" plus one 6 ft table at the reception and banquet on Thursday evening (5:45PM-9:30PM).  Sponsors will be acknowledged verbally during the banquet to follow the reception.  The total cost of this package is the base fee + ten percent of gross sales volume.
